Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period, you can evaluate the platform at no cost. If you decide not to continue, simply do not purchase a plan and you will not be charged.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that charge. We will refund 100% of the amount, with no complicated questions.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• After the 14-day guarantee period, monthly periods that have already started are not refundable on a prorated basis, unless the law in your country provides otherwise.

4. How to Request a Refund

Write to us at hola@totalmed.lat from the email address associated with your account and include the reason for your request. You can also submit your request through Paddle, our payment processor, using the receipt you received by email.

5. Refund Processing

TotalMed payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Once approved, the refund is processed through Paddle to the same payment method used for the purchase. Posting time depends on your bank or card issuer and usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.

6. Special Cases

• Duplicate charges or billing errors: fully refunded once verified.
• Breach of these Terms: accounts suspended for misuse are not eligible for a refund.
• Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund rights granted to you by the law of your country.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile. If there is any conflict between this English version and the original Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
