TotalMed is designed with GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 in mind.
In Ireland your clinic is the data controller, accountable to the Data Protection Commission, and TotalMed processes data on your behalf. Records are separated per clinic, access is limited by role, and a patient's data can be exported or erased on request.
Because our data is currently hosted in the United States, using TotalMed involves an international transfer of personal data outside the EEA. If your practice requires EU data residency, contact us at hola@totalmed.lat before you register.

Not today — data is hosted in AWS US East. If EU data residency is a hard requirement for your practice, contact us before registering.
Not directly — there's no Xero integration today. Sales, payments and expense reports export as CSV files you can import into Xero for your VAT return.
Yes — aesthetic medicine is our strongest area. Face chart with units per injection point, digital consent and aftercare instructions are built in.
TotalMed records each payment with its VAT amount and exports your sales and payments as CSV for your accountant. It doesn't file returns with Revenue or produce Revenue-specific reports.
