Not directly — there's no Xero integration today. Payments, sales and expense reports export as CSV files you can import into Xero or pass to your accountant for your VAT return.
TotalMed doesn't process card payments itself. Take payment on the card reader you already use, then record it in TotalMed as a card payment so the client's balance and your takings stay up to date.
Yes — aesthetic medicine is our strongest area. The face chart tracks units per injection point, and consent forms and aftercare instructions are built in and sent to the client's phone.
TotalMed keeps consultations, consent forms, treatment notes and before-and-after photos together on each client's record, with dates. Reports export to spreadsheets and clinical records can be printed or saved as PDF. It doesn't produce CQC-specific reports, so contact us before your inspection and we'll help you prepare the exports.
Yes. The Multi-location plan runs unlimited clinics from one account, with a consolidated view and reports across locations.
Yes. Your clinic is the controller and TotalMed processes data on your behalf. Data is hosted on AWS in the US East region; if your clinic needs specific transfer terms, ask us for our data processing agreement.
We build to the ICO's guidance for processors: role-based access, encryption, and tools to answer access and erasure requests. Your clinic keeps its own ICO registration as controller.
