For license tracking and verification, use a compliance tool alongside TotalMed.
Not directly — there's no QuickBooks integration today. Revenue, expense and sales reports export as CSV files you can import into QuickBooks or hand to your accountant, and the Multi-location plan includes an API for custom connections.
Yes — aesthetic medicine and medspa workflows are one of our strongest areas. Face charts with units per injection point, treatment packages with sessions tracked per patient, before-and-after photos and consent forms are built in.
TotalMed focuses on cash-pay practices such as aesthetics and wellness. Insurance billing with CPT and ICD-10 codes, claims and superbills isn't part of the product, so it fits practices operating outside the insurance system.
