The Health Information Privacy Code sets 13 rules for how health agencies collect, store and share information. TotalMed helps with the practical ones: secure storage, access limited to the people who need it, and a patient file you can hand over or correct when asked.

Not directly — there's no Xero integration today. Sales, payments and expense reports export as CSV files you can bring into Xero for your GST return.
Yes — this is our strongest area. Face chart with units per injection point, consent forms and treatment packages are built in.
You can store your clinic's NZBN as its business number in Settings, and patients' IRD numbers on their records if you need them. There isn't a separate field for the clinic's own IRD number.
Yes. Your clinic works in NZD and you set the 15% GST rate in Settings. Payments that include GST show the tax amount separately.
